
Capones Island | Off the Coast of Zambales | Philippines

This property is situated in Capones Islands located about 5-6 miles off the coast of the province of Zambales, particularly to the west of the town of San Antonio, which has municipal jurisdiction over the island. The property consists of 30,802 square meters (about 7.6 acres) of beach land. It is the only private land in Capones, the rest has been declared a Public Reserve. A Spanish-era lighthouse sits at one end of the island, a short walking distance from the property.
The property's beachfront extends for about 635 yards of coastline. It is mostly flat, with a larger portion planted for coconuts. Potable fresh water is accesible frm an underground aquifer. (An open well for drinking water existed at one time on the premises.) Coral dive-sites exist around the island while a sandy-stretch is found near the property.
